A Truth Journal: Presidents Day: Weird Presidents and Fun Trivia:

From Denny:  Presidents' Day comes and goes in a flash.  Some years it's wildly popular generating interesting articles and other years, well, no one cares.  Seems like this year is one of those off years for interest, especially with the winter Olympics in full swing in Sochi, Russia, garnering so much attention.

Poking around online I found some amusing - and downright weird - facts about the U. S. Presidents you may not know - just when you thought you heard it all.  Yeah, trivia kings and queens live at our house.

Ouch Outrageous: Funniest 2012 Political Meme

From Denny:  This is so hauntingly true in its laugh out loud quality.





What is more perplexing is that news outlets like CNN still employ this woman-cruel Bozo clown as an "expert."  Expert on what?  He's a history professor that got elected to the House and strong-armed his way into becoming Republican Speaker among far lesser minds.

His personal life is a real mess, littered with abused wives he cheated on and lied about to each other and in the media.  He's famous for dragging one mistress along with him to meet the current wife while he delivers divorce papers, slapping them onto her bandaged chest as she is wheeled out of double breast surgery and still groggy from anesthesia.  Yeah, Newtie is a real prince.  What is more amazing is that there actually exists at least three women willing to sleep with him.

During his time as Republican House Speaker he crafted a diabolical strategy and made a power play to impeach both a sitting President and his Vice President (Bill Clinton and Al Gore) so that as Speaker he could advance to become an unelected President.

That effort severely backfired and forced him to step down as Speaker and out of politics - until he ran for President in 2012, losing miserably.  "Do Ya Think?" that might have to do with his terrible attitude toward women and women's issues?  Newt Gingrich is America's biggest joke and will go down in history with that sticky label forever.

The Social Poets: Sleazy Obama Campaign Reaches New Low Trolling For Donors: From Denny:  In a new low of politics, the Obama camp has turned on their Sleaze Factor to record high levels.  They expect donations to come to them in lieu of your bridal registry, your birthday gifts, even your wedding anniversary.  Can Obama sound any more self-absorbed and greedy?  The Creep Freak Flag is flying high and it isn't even Halloween season yet.

Democrat campaign donors are drying up in this political mean season.  Big Banks and Big Business have all made a mad dash to Team Romney, anointing him with boatloads of cash like they did Obama six months before the election in 2008.  Big Business has changed sides this year.

Obama disappointed Big Business and his own voters alike.  Big Business whined for the entire past 3.5 years, complaining about any mild slaps on the wrists and cheap easy fines from Obama (so he could appear to look good to the public).  Real Democrats complained Obama sucked up to Big Business and never defended the middle class, instead allowing half of the middle class to slip into low income and poverty on his watch.  The middle class have lost their homes by the millions as millions of jobs trotted off overseas.

Close Encounter Planes Fly Over Your Beach Vacation

From Denny:  Check out just how low these planes are when they come in for a landing over Maho Beach at St. Maarten Princess Juliana International Airport in the Caribbean.  People actually go to vacation here just to experience the dangerous jet blasts from the landings.

In the second video you will see people falling down on the sand and get blasted by what looks like a mini sand storm.  Be sure to bring your safety glasses with you when you go to experience this new cheap thrill for tourists! :)

But then there are the creative types who just want an excuse to spend more time with their families. Others just want to spend more time in bed because the weather is too crappy to deal with. Or the procrastinators realize they need to get in some last minute holiday shopping.

How timely it is during the GOP political debating season of stupid issues and stupid political positions while Rome is burning. Which is exactly what Pat Robertson, of the Moral Majority 700 Club, addresses.

I don't know which is funnier: Jon's reaction to a sane statement from Pat Robertson that could not be more true about just how ridiculous the Republican Party has become or actually hearing with your own ears what Pat Robertson declared to his own party. It's a case of a looney tune calling his party a bunch of lunatics.

From Denny:  Just when you think the comics have lampooned and mocked it all, along comes a guy joking about his vasectomy.  Terribly funny, a bit graphic for the sensitive, though he does somewhat blur the explicit photos.

Jason Jones is part of the humorous stable of comics over at Jon Stewart's The Daily Show.  What a crazy set over there.  Definitely nothing is off limits and fodder for humor.  Laugh on as he mocks his own parenthood.
