Video: Police in Paradise - Making Out in Front of Dangerous Prisoner

From Denny: Will stupid ever reach a new height? Here is a video of a police chief and his "deputy" officer transporting a dangerous prisoner when they decided it must have made them "hot" for each other. What did they do? They started making out and other delightful things - all in front of the prisoner sitting in the back seat getting quite a show! Hmm... not to mention there was a dashboard camera - a "dash cam" recording their stupidity. Yay! Now the folks in Ohio know where their tax dollars are going!
